Idaho Afoot ABT.she

$347.00

The ABT.she panel combines the insights of the Gold panel with an analysis of four female hormones.  Our ABT.she panel allows athletes who are (or should be) menstruating and not on hormonal birth control to further refine their nutrition, training, recovery, and overall performance using periodized (pun intended) recommendations for each phase of your cycle.

We recommend that athletes who are on hormonal forms of birth control or have undergone menopause consider a Gold panel instead of an ABT.she panel.

Description

Introducing the ABT.she initiative!

Ladies! Finally, a blood test that not only accounts for our unique female physiology but also provides recommendations timed specifically to our menstrual cycle.

The ABT.she Panel helps us use our cycle to our advantage. It provides the information we need to feel better, recover faster, and workout or train more efficiently and effectively.

The ABT.she Panel includes analysis of nutritional needs, training tolerance, recoverability, and competition readiness-in general and with respect to each phase of your menstrual cycle.

Want to find out more? Check out our knowledge base!

NOTE: We strongly recommend that athletes have their blood drawn on approximately day 3 of their cycle (day 3 of their period) for the best results.

IDEAL USE: athletes who are (or should be) menstruating should order the ABT.she panel as your initial ABT test and/or yearly during the pre-season to establish baselines or if experience loss of your period or other changes in your menstrual cycle.

We recommend that athletes who are on hormonal forms of birth control consider a Gold panel instead of an ABT.she panel.  The additional value of an ABT.she panel is limited where your hormones are regulated by hormonal birth control.

By ordering an ABT.she Panel, you also become a part of our ABT.she community and join us in shaping the future of sports science. Our ABT.she Panel is the anchor of our ABT.she Initiative, which is Athlete Blood Test’s concerted effort to help female athletes thrive. The ABT.she Initiative is part of the movement to support women in sport. It aims to: (1) increase the knowledge of the sports science community about female physiology; and (2) provide resources and community to support female athletes of all ages, stages, and abilities. For more information, follow us on Instagram @athletebloodtestcom and watch for website updates as the Initiative takes shape and grows. We can’t wait to help you—and generations of female athletes—meet their goals.
