    ???? General instructions for your blood draw

    • An overnight fast of 8 to 12 hours is recommended.
    • Drink a full glass of water in the morning. 
    • Avoid exercise for two hours before the blood draw. 
    • Try to have your blood drawn after a recovery or easy training day if possible.
    • Have a snack and drink extra fluids after the draw, especially if you have a training session afterward.
