Concacaf 2025 Information

Welcome to the support team for Concacaf!
A few things to take care of before you can step on the field. Please complete each item in the checklist below.
- Review and make sure you understand the Concacaf Code of Conduct.
- Watch the Instruction Video below for important information and expectations, including dress code, general behavior, eating, and when to take (or not take) the field.
- Electronically sign and submit the Services Agreement, which asks you to verify that you have reviewed the Code of Conduct and viewed the Instruction Video.
- For Venue Medical Coordinators and Assistant Venue Medical Coordinators, notify your malpractice and workers’ compensation insurance carriers (if required in your state) and confirm coverage for your event(s). You may be asked to provide a certificate of insurance, so it is best to do this before or soon after you have committed to the event.
- Volunteers – Click here to sign up. We need 7 stretcher crews and 4 doping controls for each match.
- Match day tickets for your friends/family will be emailed to you from Ticketmaster 2 days prior to kick-off.
- Please arrive 90 minutes before kickoff.
- No taking photos or videos while in privileged areas.
- Pay close attention to gameplay. You need to be alert and ready in case of an injury—this means staying off your phone during matches.
- Please stay off the field unless instructed to go on.
- Please eat only in designated areas and times.
- Please ensure that your outfit is coordinated.
- Dress code for medical volunteers: wear tennis/running shoes, dark pants or shorts without logos, and a black or white shirt.
