🌸 The ABT.she Panel

Designed specifically for athletes with female reproductive hormones, the ABT.she Panel helps you use your menstrual cycle to your advantage. It provides insight into your nutrition, recovery, training tolerance, and performance, both overall and in relation to each phase of your cycle.

This panel is part of the broader ABT.she Initiative, a movement to support female athletes and expand sports science understanding of female physiology.

⚠️ Fasting: Not required unless the Lipid Panel is added as an optional test.

🗓️ Ideal Use: Recommended for athletes who are menstruating or should be. Best drawn around day 3 of your cycle, which is day 3 of your period. Ideal as your first ABT test, an annual pre season check in, or if you have experienced cycle irregularities or loss of period.

Athletes on hormonal birth control may consider the Gold Panel instead, since hormone regulation limits the additional value of the ABT.she Panel. You can still choose this panel if you want to see your hormone levels.
