When I started to struggle around two years ago I had some bad performances and I didn’t know what was going on.   1. Iron Panel – Endurance training is thought to be a risk factor for iron deficiency and over-supplementation is a common problem with endurance athletes. The iron panel covers the basics and is perfect for screening for iron deficiency and iron overload.
  2. Bronze Panel – This panel builds on the iron panel and adds other key micronutrients and metabolic functions.
  3. Gold Panel – The Gold Panel includes all the bronze panel markers plus hormonal profiles which can help assess training tolerance and recovery.
  4. ABT.she – The ABT.she panel combines the insights of the Gold panel with an analysis of four female hormones.  Our ABT.she panel allows athletes who are (or should be) menstruating and not on hormonal birth control to further refine their nutrition, training, recovery, and overall performance using periodized (pun intended) recommendations for each phase of your cycle.
